Proposal
Any chance we can revert back to a system that is maintenance based? No maintenance, no funds, house is packed up? Or at the very least, make it applicable galaxy-wide, all Zoning Infractions/Abandoned for all of us. Your player cities are loyal to the server, and the sporadic non-city housing is less so.
Justification
Far too many abandoned buildings/structures server wide in non-player cities.
Motivation
Currently player city Mayors are reminding players to log in their house owner characters to comply with player city 90 rules or else it is packed up by system. Its a never-ending cycle.
Is there some way, we can balance the player city packup rule since the Galaxy-wide Housing Demolishing Program Galactic Vacant Building Demolitions has not be introduced to Restoration as of yet.
