Open New Player Experience Add All Profession Trainers to the Planetary Map

Proposal
Add all profession trainers to be listed under both the planetary map side tab and when using the /find command.
Justification
Quality of life improvement, logical extension of a feature already implemented.
Motivation
There is currently no way to find these trainers besides coming across one through your travels or asking around.
Currently only starter profession and pilot trainers are registered on the planetary map. The /find command lists the same things. I think it would make sense for all trainers on the planet to show up in both of these lists.

Resto moved all the trainers. The default locations in the SOE code are all going to be wrong for Resto.

Trainer's locations

Trainers are located on many planets but always in populated areas of civilization. Trainers teach the up and coming adventurers, crafters & soldiers the fundamentals of a profession the Trainer is specialized in. The primary method for players to learn skills in SWG is from skill trainers...

Trainer location is consistent in cities but this would be a handy feature.l and makes sense considering some trainer types are already in there.

In NOC cities; Combat related trainers are in the combat hall, artisans in the trade hall, entertainment in the cantina, etc. Not all of these buildings are in the map menu though.
 
I think this would be handy to have for the trainers the are placed by players. Every trainer for every profession should show up as a little flag on the planetary map when you click the “Trainer” tab regardless of who placed them.
