Not Implemented Add Box of Achievements quest

This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. Proposal
Introduce Rohak's Figurine quest for Box of Achievements reward.
(Would be nice QoL to add all Event day tokens into this too, as was not originally implemented in Live game)
Justification
It would just be a nice QoL to bring this back.
Motivation
A lot of tokens and now Veteran and Mustafar tokens take up uneeded space and when more are added it just piles up for no reason.

This quest wont be in due to the village being used here but it would be great to put this NPC somewhere to start this quest as all the tokens are taking up space.

we already had a whole contest for implementing this and will be doing so consistent with that in the near future
