Add Heavy Tie to the first box, instead of second box

Put the heavy TIE in the first box to be on par with the other factions (or if enough people want it, move all the heavies to the second box, I don't even care which, just make it equal).
Justification
This is a common sense change that should have been made years ago.
Motivation
I see it as bais, others don't, maybe it is just benign neglect on imps, but somehow it's always the imps that get disadvantaged. Reguardless of the reason, we need to fix it so that it's equal to all. Either everyone can use a heavy tie in first box, or everyone has to wait till next box. It's not right to have only imps have to wait.
Imp is the only faction that cannot fly a heavy ship from the first box. It is forced into the light TIE first.

For the record, I'd be equally supportive of moving all the heavies to the second box (or even T2), as long as it's the same for all factions.
 
I support this, having Heavy TIE Fighter in the first box would be a good change for our Imperial brothers.

I would much rather support this as it is more representative of the player progressing through their pilot profession as opposed to all pilots getting heavy variants of the starting fighter from the get-go.
