Adjust Image Design required points

Proposal
Proposal: Adjust the amount of point investment required to master Image Design so that it can be completed along with the other Entertainer professions (Master Dancer/Musician/Entertainer). I know this has been spoken of on the discord, and was told it is most likely going to happen, but those of us still trying to finish ID would enjoy confirmation.
Justification
The system was initially set up to work this way, and some of us did manage to get all 4 Ent professions mastered. We newer ents just want equal opportunity to help our community, nothing more.
Motivation
More entertainers able to completely image design others will be beneficial for the playerbase as a whole.
Many of the newer Entertainers, myself included, discovered along our journey that we could not master all of the usual ent. professions, and were forced to choose either to provide a less that 20 point buff or be fairly limited in our image design abilities.
