While there is no doubt a larger overall desire at play to see EVEN more things added for permanent placement, the simple act of adding these few things could make for a lot of variation in city decor.
- Justification

Benches (crafted park bench), are already found in a number of NPC cities, and the addition of storyteller and/or other flags/banners (new Aurillian flag comes to mind), would make for great aesthetics for player cities, one of the best features this game EVER came up with (among all games).
- Motivation

The large planted trees from Dathomir quests are so astronomically large they are almost begging to be put outside, as they fit in almost none of the pre-made structures currently in the game. These ideally should be outside allowed, with benches and flags on the table, some very fun ideas would be created by these great city mayors.
