Allow us to see Vehicle Speed in Datapad

Proposal
Allow us to see Vehicle speed in Datapad.
Justification
It will be easier for players to determine which vehicle they want to use in one situation or another.
Motivation
At this moment, players have to use external sources to get information about their vehicle speed, this proposal is aimed at making it show up in the game.
Currently, you can only see mount speed in the datapad. I'm proposing a change that will allow us to see vehicle speed as well.
It is a minor QoL addition, though I think it is good and should be in the game.
