Auction off permanently banned accounts assets

Proposal
An account that has been permanently banned should have it's assets stripped and auctioned off.
Justification
If an account has been found violating the ToS, why should their assets remain locked forever?
Motivation
This would introduce a massive credit sink since some items would be bid upon to reach market value or in the case of extreme rares, even further, which would remove credits from the game and also free up real estate,
This game has a very grindy mindset, and that's not a problem, however, when some drops are hoarded by bots or players who violate the eula, why not auction off their assets if they get permanently banned?
