Change junk vendor "loot kits" to use the collection system instead

Proposal
Change the various loot kits like orange rug and the gong kit for example to use the newer collection system.
Justification
These kits were essentially a precursor to the more modern collection system that was implemented into the game.
Motivation
These changes would make it easier to track the progress on these kits and save inventory space, these old kits are functionally the same as the more modern collection system.
I just think consistency is nice.

I wouldn't want to be the dev that tried to navigate through the code and figure out how to do this, but, as a player, I would like to see it.
 
Would it be perhaps easier to delete them entirely and reimplement them as their own new and unique collection that acts similarly to the newer version? Similar to how the lava skiff was made its own thing?
