Open Combat Outdoors Change "Master Tamer Necklace"

Proposal
Change Master Tamer Necklace maybe in 2 or 3 steps.
1.: Add 4th Pet Ability to Master Tamer Necklace
2.: You have to wear the necklace to use the higest rank abilities it unlocks
(puncture 3, health leech 3 and disease 5)
3: Slight Rework of abilities granted by Tamers Necklace and Master Tamer Necklace
(work out a difference between Creature knowledge 8 and 10)
Justification
It's supposed to be the best Necklace for CH and quite expensive or time consuming to get all items to create one in the cube.
U create the item, use it for learning the above abilities an never use it again. Because it doesn't unlock the 4th pet ability
Motivation
There should be an upgradepath through the different jewlery pieces from none, to Rancor (Off WoD Vendor), to Tamers Necklace, to Master Tamer Necklace.
Open for discussion. I want to create an upgradepath intead of one usable item

Wouldn't this make the WOD Rancor Tamers Necklace worthless?

I see it as a progression. Isn't your previous weapon or piece of jewlery "worthless" when you get a newer, better one?

And the components for master tamer necklace are not that easy to get.

So WoD Necklace is a couple hous of themepark + farming currency to get the "entry level" necklace.
master tamer off the cube is ether A LOT of luck of loot drops and being able to clear musty (yes, it's a joke with Jedi...)
or you get it from tokena and you need (not sure about the numbers, I think it's 80,80,60 tokens) 22 weeks of token cap to be able to make it.

I support making it more meaningful to own for sure. Right now the hassle of getting it doesn't really outweigh the benefits. It also gives CH more options for necklaces versus just wear WoD or bust.


There is also the potential to allow high levels of taming for creatures that already spawn babies in small amounts - Grauls, Rancors, etc.

Well, I don't know what the Master Tamer Necklace does, in fact no one I've asked knows. The point is, I don't think many people know what it is, what it does, or how to get it, let alone have the means to acquire it.
I cannot support taking away something I already have, 4th pet ability, level 5 specials, etc.

I could support having it facilitate taming any of the variety of creature babies roaming around that currently cannot be tamed.

It's a bonus to creature knowledge skill. It's actually kind of misnamed as it doesn't help in taming. You get it through the Chu-Gon Dar cube from Musty. Thing is, right now, you wear it while learning pet specials, then take it off and never wear it again. It's no-trade, so it just sits.
This proposal would add the 4th skill ability you currently get from the WOD necklace to the master tamer necklace so you have a reason to keep wearing it.
My opposition, noted above, is you're just trading which necklace you never wear again.

Buff both necklaces and make the Master Tamer necklace be an actual upgrade
WoD Necklace - 4th pet ability , add a 2% dmg reduction buff to pets while wearing it and +20 baby taming
MTN Necklace - 4th pet ability , add a 2% dmg increase buff to pets while wearing + ability to use puncture 3, health leech 3, disease 5

Just create an earnable schematic that lets you craft them both together into one super necklace. Easy peasy lemon 5 piece jewelry set.
