- From blue frog give an option for
1. Master Chronicler
2. Populate 10/20 of every chronicle in the chronicler
if possible
3. Place to submit the quests created from within TC to development team
4. Give Tokens for quests that are impimented.
- Justification
- Community has alot of creative people who want the server to succeed and adding new quests and content for people to complete continues to keep it fresh.

- More content, more people, better server but some of the burden removed from developers.
Allow the creative community to build content for the live system through chronicler on the test system. Give access to all of the chronicles so all options are available and can then be tested and submitted someway to development.
**I have checked TC and my character is no longer a Master Chronicler and I cannot get it from Frog or see a way to populate Chronicles.
