Chronicler - Quick Fix (Comm Time)

Proposal
Increase time that comms from a comm task shows up -or- add an option so that comm tasks are close to continue.
Justification
Immersion + Better Player made Quest functionality.
Motivation
Improve the quality of life for people creating and doing player made quests.
Option 1 (less dev intensive) : Change the current Comm Message timer. Make it x2, or 5 minutes, or just remove it so player needs to click close on the Comm. Some people read slow.

Option 2 (prolly more involved) : Add option to Chronicler Quest creator to set the time or make it a close to continue Comm. The close to continue is important because back to back comm tasks overlap.

Agree! It should be in Chat log + Stay open until close. What do you think about CLOSE being the necessary action to complete the Comm Task? I think that would prevent back to back comm tasks from overlapping and self-pace the questers experience.

Currently: Comm Task Fires >> Completes after 3-5 seconds >> Next Objective Gets introduced while you are reading the Comm Message.

I think an option in Quest Creator would be great, just a check box to make a particular comm task "Close to Continue" that way the system can be exactly as it is for people relying on the vanilla experience. But Chroniclers have the option at least.

This is a fantastic idea, and while we're at it an expandable comm box! Make it so Devs! FS is cool but I need my HoloNet news baby!
 
I like the idea of the next task not firing off till the comm is closed. It would be nice to have a pause option to allow the chronicler to control the flow of info better.
