Create pet leveling zones

Proposal
Create designated pet leveling zones where people can go and level a pet atk or afk without loot, credits, quests, or Mr. thimble being an issue.
Justification
To level pets up without feeling like I'm doing something wrong.
Motivation
To expand on the anti-afk policies.

Thimble won’t be an issue much longer as they are changing the anti afk process.
And with the current rate of xp when supplemented you really don’t think you need special zones for levelling, pet xp levelling is already way to quick.

I was thinking...
1. Keep me out of the way of people questing.
2. I do not care about the loot, credits, or resources.
3. I could afk for an hour and get some work done.
4. I could spend longer in an area and level more pets at the same pace.
5. When it does come up as an issue, the answer is already in place

but ya when I get an idea I share it now before I lose it,,lol
