Create Space Seeker Droids for Flagged Spacers

Proposal
Create a seeker droid to find flagged players in space.
Justification
Ground GCW has the Intel pad to give you an approximate location of flagged players. Space doesn't, it only give you the space sector the player is in
Motivation
Finding someone in space can be the most boring, frustrating thing in the game, even worse than ground PvE. More often than not players just end up chasing each other around until someone has enough and leaves.
Anyone that has flagged in space knows the frustration of finding an opposing ping in space. A droid that can be used by flagged space players that give an approximate location would eliminate the ridiculous amount of time it takes to find someone up there.

These droids could be made by shipwrights giving them another consumable besides ordnance and itv fuel.
