- Proposal
- Add a new discord chat channel to R3 discord with a moderate slowmode enabled called "City Recruitment" that would allow mayors to advertise their cities, and potential citizens to make "looking for citizenship" posts.
- Justification
- Not all player cities are guild exclusive. Limiting discord recruiting to guild only prevents the most convenient means of communication between mayors and poetential citizens. Adding a city recruiting channel allows for easier city planning discourse, and would also encourage lone wolf players to perhaps relocate into the borders of a city when they otherwise may not have.
- Motivation
- To help boost citizenship for player cities and encourage communications between mayors and potential citizens.
Simply add a new chat channel to R3 discord similar to guild recruitment, but for mayors and potential citizens.
