Proposal
Looking for 50-75% global cooldown reduction on doc buffs.

++ Ideally this would affect the "wound heal" ability as well
Justification
ATK doc buffing in the field takes forever
Motivation
Waiting for doc bot macros to cycle takes minutes when it could be dramatically reduced.
Simple quality of life change. From doc bots to docs in the field, lowering the global cooldown of the 6 doctor buffs speed will benefit everyone.
