Correct the center origin point of the Tapestry back to true center
Justification
It is sometimes almost impossible to place as occassionaly the off center origin point means that you can easily roate, etc the Tapestry behind walls where it becomes inaccessible
Motivation
Just want it fixed :-)
Fix the center origin of the crafted Tatooine Tapestry as it is way off center
