Proposal
The ability for Flare-S vehicle to use vehicle color kits to recolor it
Justification
Adds quality to this rare quest item
Motivation
Nice for the aesthetic of the quest item
Currently the Flare-S doesn't have the ability to be recolored and stays at the light grey that's provided. If at all possible for it to be re-colorable would be awesome.
