Give iconic NPCs human growth hormone.
Justification
The rancor keeper is even more ludicrous but at least it's hilarious to see him like that. These are iconic NPCs getting dwarfed by the average player.
Motivation
Han Solo is not a manlet.

NPC height was set by SOE based on guidance from LucasArts. Don’t think there’s a need to address this.
