Heroic jewlery general stats

Proposal
Change the toughness stat on Flawless, Rampart, and Sage sets for a different stat (Opp chance, Defense general, or Endurance.
Justification
Currently toughness is a semi useless stat as it doesn't do much and you csn basically hit soft cap with a backpack, bracelets, and parwan. Making the 150 you get from the Heroic sets even more worthless.
Motivation
To help some builds that struggle with important general stats.
The Flawless, Rampart, and Sage Heroic jewlery sets leave you stuck with 150 extra of a semi useless general stat (toughness) that can be substituted for a general stat that actually matter.

I agree with this. Anything beyond the soft cap on toughness is really pointless. Would be awesome to have that replaced with a stat that was meaningful for any build
 
I agree 100% but I know for a fact someone is gonna say "what if I want to use endurance food/drink insted"
 
I think this is a bigger indicator that Toughness needs a slight buff overall, which is something that has been tossed around for awhile now.

What about the fact that with parwan, a backpack, and bracelets, you'll be far into the cap. Especially since the toughness value on most items is significantly higher than the other stats on said item.
 
You're literally throwing 50 toughness in the bin by using these sets, without using a right bracelet with Toughness or any SEA with it either.
 
I believe the initial issue is a lot more complicated than the post, and I want to look into it further. Everyone here has valid points, and upvoted until something can be done.
