Not Implemented GCW Other I want to use my Barc Speeder again.

This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. Once a suggestion has been flagged this way, the decision is final. Although the issue may be raised again in the future after a six month cooldown. Proposal
I didn't realize how much I liked it until I lost the ability to use it. Ranking up, especially in this system is hard (I didn't even manage to get General) and the BARC speeder is a nice and cool aesthetic reward, there is no other BARC like it currently and I think it should be usable regardless of Rank as it gives no combat benefit.

Justification
As a Jedi PC I just can't use this anymore and have no way to use it. I feel like I can't use an item I bought and earned, and it sucks I will never be able to anymore. Its unfortunate because its such a cool vehicle.

There is no advantage you gain from this, its just a really good bike, but you can already get good bikes from getting some vet tokens; but I don't like how they look when compared.

Motivation
I didn't even know I couldn't and I got stuck on Mustafar. I saw a lot of top PvPers and Jedi using it and didn't know they had a special version. I don't like this exclusive content that I don't have access to because I joined later.

Its a cool vehicle, please just let me use the reward. I will scratch off the logo if its a big issue.
