Proposal
I suggest adjusting the stats on the level 7 reward weapon Sienar Desing Systems "Boltdriver"
Justification
As it stands the initial entry for newer pilots is a daunting task for imperials it's doubly hard since their main interceptor the Tie Advanced requires lighter guns than level 8 due to it's 2 weapon slots. But this change benefits other ships as well that could be good entries into interceptor flight.
Motivation
To allow for easier entry into low mass builds and bridging the parity in reward quality between imperial pilots and other 2 factional rewards.
I suggest an adjustment to the imperial level 7 reward gun the Sienar Desing Systems "Boltdriver" 's stats to make it more useable for making a beginner grade level 7 guns with single stat parts and bringing parity to the imperial pilots who do not get a level 8 reward gun like the neutrals and rebels.

The current boltdriver gets subpar stats in every category but armour which is practically useless. I suggest editing them to have one great stat and 2 decent ones to make it easier to build beginner grade weapons while requiring the usual multi stat parts for something better essentially making it a 1 stat gun for more advanced projects.

proposed changes are as follows;

Min damage 1910.1 -> 2096.1
Max Damage 2953.4 -> 3125.1
EPS 27.2 -> 19.3

It would be nice for the imperial reward weapon to have an important niche like the rebel and freelance rewards. The proposed stats are definitely good, but they don't eclipse what is possible so Ii can't see any concerns over power creep. This might make useful loadouts on TAs more likely
