This idea/suggestion has been flagged as Not Implemented because of a lack of popularity, lack of interest, lack of feasibility, or other determination by the Development Team, so the suggestion will not be implemented. We could do with a system to reduce heals over the course of time within combat and their effectiveness

Fights last too long due to no debilitating effects!

Making the game more immersive and engaging
This seems like the perfect answer to everyone's problems, We could do with a system that once implemented will bolster server pop and interest and this could be done using Combat Medic. Furthermore I feel this could be done using the barely used ability "Infect" and obviously increasing it effectiveness once Mastering Combat Medic.
