Implement: Force Aura Detector Device

Proposal
Give some NPC StormTroopers, the Force Aura Detector, so they not only check for illegal contraband, but for Force Sensitives.

Require an immediate escape from pursuing StormTroopers, maybe followed by a Lambda Shuttle dropping in on the players location, requiring more running...

Give a "No Trade" version of the device to be acquired from many different functions already in place. To be discussed.
Justification
This device will add depth to RolePlaying and enrich Friendships across Guild City Members seeking The Ways of the Force.
Motivation
This could be the way a player becomes aware they are Force Sensitive!
In the books, Force Aura Detection Paddles/Devices were used at Checkpoints during the Empire's Jedi purge.

The story plot goes on with trying to find one of these devices to help find potential Force Users.

What about giving it to players as an inventory item? If it was an inventory item it would have all kinds of RP and Guild uses..
