Increase solo (non-grouped) XP gain from healing yourself in combat

Proposal
Increased solo (non-grouped) xp gain from healing yourself in combat
Justification
To better help newer players and solo players level medical based abilities from combat, due to quests not granting medical xp upon completion
Motivation
To provide more options for the acquiring of medical xp to better experience for newer and solo players
To provide more options for the acquiring of medical XP to better improve the experience for newer players.

Medical XP is challenging and frustrating experience to gain for new players, due to no quests provide medical XP and to earn medical XP solo, you still need to kill the creature / npc your fighting which makes the XP gain slow and unrewarding.

This suggestion is an idea to improve the levelling experience for newer players wishing to learn Medic / Doc & CM based skills.

I think this is a great idea for making leveling medic classes to be more friendly towards varied playstyles as some people prefer leveling by questing and adventuring over spins.

I think this is a good idea. I'm a big proponent of the PV for Combat Medic XP in another thread.

I, too, like adventuring and soloing, so it is difficult to grind the Medic XP without a group.
