Increasing the hitbox of the JSF (ETA-2) to be more in line with the Bela (Belbullab-22)

Proposal
Increase the JSF hotbox to be the same (or close to) as the Bela.
Justification
This has been a recurring topic of discussion in the space senate channel, and in a recent PV from Narmy.
Motivation
To balance the JSF in terms of hitbox only with the other fights in it's class.
This is a PV to gauge what the community thinks in regards to just an increase of the JSFs hitbox to be more in line with the other ships in it's category.

I'd agree with this change as the jsf can be impossible to hit combined with is very decent mass and 2 weapon mounts, it's imbalanced to the extreme.
 
Upvoted yes because the JSF does need to be balanced. However My Original PV did have this as one of the possibe options to balance this.

However if the Devs are unable to do this I think the the best way to balance it out would be to decrease the mass to 50-55k. This will still make it usable if the pilot knows what they are doing with their load outs.

50-55k is absolutely ridiculous dude. The T/A is faster, has 2 weapon slots like the JSF, and has 67k. The hit box change is really the only thing that makes sense tbh

I think it's the best of the worst ideas for balancing it. That said, I see about 3 regulars fly it in total and one of them is me and I don't think the JSF is tearing up other pilots in PVP as much as it's glorified to be. If we want talk balancing we could also starting looking at changing stats on some of those pre-nerf parts many of the OG pilots have and use daily (which fyi don't decay :P ).

LOL shot down ONCE... because you got the jump while i was semi -afk. WHat happend when you got the jump and i was there you precious crutch got shot in the rear and exploded.And then yo did what you seem to be best at which is run away. The simple fact that you are unable to talk reasonable with anyone shows how salty you are about been farmed in space. I think ATM everyone is seeing who the real joke is here. We all get it Skunk without the OP of the JSF you wouldnt get a 1/4 of your kills and you would be unable to gank as often.

Yet the T/A is much bigger than the JSF so logically it should have more mass than the JSF. with 50-55k mass you can make a effective JSF if you know what your doing and its not going to to be the OP crutch it is now.

not sure there are any pre nerf space parts on this server. can you specify what part you are speaking about? and currently nothing in space decays permanently.

Additional justifications: The Eta-2's current hitbox is a huge advantage over any other ship in the game, both in PvP and PvE. Coupled with the substantial mass allotment, it allows the pilot to mount significant offensive and defensive capabilities while having the passive benefit of being hard to hit, which is only compounded by its very nimble manoeuvrability.

Additional motivations: A lot of players like the Eta-2, whether it's because of its appealing hardpoint loadout, how it handles in flight, or simply fandom from the prequel trilogy or just aesthetics. Increasing the hitbox to the size of the Belbullab-22 would decrease the stigma of its use in PvP (though likely will never fully get rid of it), which would allow fans of this ship to feel more comfortable using it for all space activities.
 
I disagree, a good pilot will adjust to overcome ths. On live people ajusted why can't they adjust here. The amount of space that happens right now is still quite low. This would hqave matter when it use to be every Saturday space pvp happened. You can't even get the JSF unless you are imperial. I have also seen very few even being used. We should be focusing on things whos hit boxes are oversized like the Firespray, Not many use it because it has a huge hit box, maybe we should give A wings a bigger hit box too. As is you would take a ship that is seldom used in PVP and make it non existant in pvp. I also don''t use a JSF. Sure lets increase the hit box then the mass needs to compensate for it. Since it will now have a bigger hit box and go against others in the same catarogy who as as agile that now have a distinct advantage over the JSF. The lower mass compensates for a smaller hit box.
