Proposal
NPC's to no longer dismount you in the middle of a speed race.
Justification
I don't think it's fair to be randomly dismounted in the middle of a race.
Motivation
To ensure a more equitable experience for street races.
I got stopped twice and dismounted by NPC's in Keren for a check of criminal or smuggled items in the middle of doing the Keren Street Race.
