Proposal
Make them independent so they can both be used at the same time as they do different things.
Justification
As a CH I already cannot use a droid so when leveling a pet I cant even use veghash is dumb
Motivation
Make harvesting with CH less worse than it already is, at least let me level my pet
Krakan Ribenes for Creature Loyalty and Veghash for Creature Harvesting cannot be used at the same time and override each other.
