Merchant tree(skill point required) -relist all, vendor option.

Proposal
Create a vendor relist all menu option for those time we use vendors for storage
Justification
The amount of click is to damn high.
Motivation
needing to click the button, reselect the next thing, and click again is pretty redundant.
Its pretty straight forward of an idea.

Click the first one in the list, scroll to the bottom, Shift+click the last one selects all for me, and I was able to relist that whole selection with one button click. Did this just a couple of days ago.
