Military stipend for officer ranks or for all ranks

Proposal
Let military ranks earn a weekly stipend to help offset travel and earn money for taking part in the GCW
Justification
Complaints about travel costs, more people partaking in GCW and rewarding those of higher rank
Motivation
This comes from people both in game and on discord complaining about travel costs and even questioning why even bother with higher ranks when it is seen as a penalty for getting higher ranks. With that mindset people will just stop doing GCW until they get back below officer again.
So I have seen some complaints about being an officer and how 50k is a lot to pay for travel and such so why not give officers a weekly stipend to help offset some of this cost? I was also speaking to Ornj on my stream and he talked about other ways for players to earn money so I wanted to put in a suggestion if it's possible


I will not be putting totals up in this post I will let the people who know the economy and devs to balance it out.

Not a bad idea but I feel like credits should probably come from other GCW activities. Bear in mind that you now get payouts for base raids, mission payouts have been increased and Aconite’s new incentive for zone flipping.

Yes due to an event that is true and you are having to do things to get this money you don't do stuff you don't get paid. It would allow for other means to earn money besides running terminals which " Is rather boring"

I don’t disagree the GCW missions are boring.

I know in other games there are “daily” quests or activities that if the player completes they are rewarded.

I think that might be something to consider in terms of qualifying for a weekly or daily payout. I’m just not personally keen on someone being paid credits for being a particular rank as they could effectively do very little to earn it.

Well to that I agree it shouldn’t be daily but weekly. And easy to get? You can as far as I know gain one rank a week so to start gaining this money would take many weeks and you need to hold it to get the money. I mean obviously the GCW needs to be a bit balanced anyway.
