- Proposal
(1) Make player faction bases no cost to charater slots - with 3 bases allowed per player
(2) Credit back the 3 points per base or make the bases able to be destroyed by the owner
- Justification
- More bases for player fun and a big credit sink (planets already have limits)
- Stops disadvantaging players who place bases down
- Motivation
Having players unable to destroy base and permanently locking in 3 slots per base that can never be cleared.
Placing a player faction base is still costing 3 of your characters building slots. Also, the credit back for existing bases still hasnt occurred (I have 3 bases down as an example and need to have the 9 slots re-imbursed.

The former GCW senator raises strong points about bases consuming lots. Personally I feel the system should be reverted to the vanilla system of players being able to place a total of 3 bases per character, or perhaps that we explore a modified version of this system. Either way, I would like to assure everyone that not only is ensuring faction bases no longer consume housing lots is a top priority of mine, but that currently placed bases have the ability to be destroyed and/or redeed by the owner, as well as ensuring the lots they currently consume are restored posthaste.
Bases still costing lots is a bug. You don’t need a PlayerVoice for it.
SLA for tickets that aren’t blocking critical gameplay is 90+ days so you’ll get your lots refunded when we get to it.
