Justification
how many Vibro blade units does it take to make one vibro blade - 12 apparently.
Motivation
less VIBRO blade units
4 days 12 vibro blade units & 1 crystal here and there..

Did someone miss a decimal point somewhere on the loot table?!

We have been doing Hards since last Tuesday and we get a minimum 2 and sometimes 3 vibroblade units every run instead of decent loot. I realize this isn't a huge sample size but after 3 times its no longer a coincidence in my opinion.
