Proposal
Put any skill requirements (Smuggler, Master Squad Leader, etc.) on the description of the weapon in the schematic.
Justification
Weaponsmiths should know what the requirements are for a weapon before they make it, not after. The impact will be significantly less frustration.
Motivation
I just spent an hour gathering materials and crafting an E5 Carbine for my character that I can't use (and nobody will ever want to use), since it apparently requires Master Squad Leader. The only place that lists any skill requirements for the weapon is after the experimentation phase and on the finished product. By this point all of the resources have already been wasted. No website I can find shows such a requirement either. I just wasted a bunch of very specific resources and the only ranged weapon powerup I've gotten so far.
No skill requirements show on the weapon schematics, just the finished product. I don't know if this applies to other crafting professions as well.

I'd love this, its a huge pain to have to make them all and then reference your examples to know what the restrictions on a schematic are. I'm not sure how doable it is, the information display on weapons is already chaotic and unstructured, but I'd love it.

I was looking to make this same post and see it has already been done. Not sure if there is a way to revive this but /bump!

I'll go one further and say just remove these arbitrary profession requirements entirely and just have a level requirement for weapons. There's nothing unique about any of them to have a requirement.

i mean you can always add to the weaponsmith wiki page which has quite a few of them already but yeah it would be nice to have them displayed somewhere in game prior to construction
