Proposal
Change <Lucky> proc in space to reward a quantity of duty tokens based on the tier of the enemy.
Justification
Currently, there is no reason to get an ent buff when going into space unless you are leveling. This change will solve that issue, as well as encouraging spacers to build luck suits stimulating the economy.
Motivation
This proposal will make it so that Opportune Chance has definite value in space, unless you also believe it affects loot which is unconfirmed. With the recent changes to opportune chance from 1.1, this is an ideal chance to revisit what <Lucky> does.
The current <Lucky> proc in space causes an increase in the miniscule value of credit chips dropped, which equates to essentially zero value, and an increase of faction points. Getting a <Lucky> popup should feel rewarding in space.

I'd like to modify this slightly - the proc in space giving extra duty tokens would be nice, but how about that as the highest percentage likely reward of a small list of things, which would include treasure chests potentially? It would be nice if there were faction items among the lucky potential rewards, especially if that were part of a lucky proc that can only be gained while overt.

The general idea, definitely cool. Has a lot of potential and it'd get me back in the cantina before every launch, for sure.

Rewarding duty tokens outside of duty missions doesn't make sense. It feels bad because the credit chip nerf was half baked and left mechanics such as this one completely meaningless. I'd vote for a fix to lucky procs being broken in general, but not rewarding things intended for certain content outside of said content. We don't get battlefield or invasion tokens for random lucky procs on the ground, doesn't make sense to have that for space.
