Speed Increase for the Swamp Speeder

Proposal
Increase the speed of the Swamp Speeder to match the Tsmeu-6 Personal Wheel Bike speed.
Justification
A vehicle that costs 2k Fortitude Tokens should not be slower than a swoop for 5k credits.
Motivation
The Swamp Speeder, at this time, has no use besides RP and occasional show-offs.
Swamp Speeder is a vehicle that can be purchased from the Fortitude Vendor for 2,000 Fortitude Tokens. Despite the cost, the Swamp Speeder moves as slowly as the starting speeder from Legacy Questline.

I suggest changing its speed so it can match the Wheel Bike.
  1. Both the Wheel Bike and Swamp Speeder are hard to obtain.
  2. A vehicle that costs 2k Fortitude Tokens should not be slower than a swoop for 5k credits.
  3. Unlike the Wheel Bike, the Swamp Speeder is No-Trade. Only its buyer will be able to use it.

Makes sense - difficult to obtain vehicles should be fairly comparable to others in terms of speed - especially in a world where (currently) speed, aesthetic, HP, and passenger limit are the only thing that sets vehicles apart - and if something is too slow -there is a good chance people just won't use it - and I don't think that is what we want.
