Suggested update to AT-ST & AT-XT Familiar

Proposal
Update GCW familiars to give comparable buff or better than those of the Gackle Bat.
Justification
Current faction familiars are perceived as useless rewards not worth the 5000 token cost attached to them.
Motivation
A logical update that would make these rewards as useful as their Gackle Bat counterparts.
Both familiar’s cost 5000 tokens and offer nothing outside of being an aesthetic player droid.
