Proposal
Give +1 to opportune chance buff, usable once per day, for flicking the bobblehead. It would expire on the very next action they take.
Justification
Everyone needs their first pvp kill or that first amazing success. This would provide a way to give them the edge they need to make it happen without adding something OP.
Motivation
Everyone has that one silly thing they do for luck. The bobblehead is a perfect opportunity to add something like this to SWGR

I think you might have added this already. I flicked it before I started REing power bits today, and it's already working.
