Give these kits the expanded colour palette
Justification
The current palette leaves vehicles drab. Would be nice to have more variety
Motivation
Would like me Barc even flashier 😄
Give the Vehicle Customisation Kits a more expanded colour palette to include darker, even black, and lighter colors

We have more colors to work with for sure. Something I can look into to try and give us all more options.
