At the box where a vendor can be dressed by the merchant, they should be able to let an ID (via /consent or something) do an ID on the vendor.
Justification
Why should people have to delete and recreate a vendor 200 times to try to get the look they want? If they can dress them, they should be able to ID them. Plus, it's extra work for the IDer as well. Gives both professions something extra.
Motivation
My wife hates her vendors, even though she got master merchant which seems to be the single longest profession to get in this game. She can dress them, she should be able to have 'em look the way she wants.
Vendors should be able to be image designed by master image designers. This one is a request from the wife, but I happen to agree with it (and not just because she's the wife haha). It gives the ID something else to do besides just players, and I'm told that merchants have had to delete and recreate a vendor 200 times or so, in order to get one that is even close to what they want it to look like. They can already be dressed if high enough in merchant, at the same level (box) they can be dressed, they should be able to have an ID come design them.

When creating your showroom, you want a certain style or look, so end up making each vendor like 20 times, this is a great idea
 
Yeah, I wanted a theme in my store, but got very discouraged getting the look I wanted for my NPCs. I would happily pay a player to assist there.

It adds to their profession.
 
Yes absolutely! I remember standing many, many hours back in the day of live just adding and deleting vendors until you got a suitable race/look on them.
 
It's a great idea. I remember having to remake my vendors so many times since the first attempts were always the worst random ID choices possible.
 
Always wanted this. Especially with the bug that is allowing certain races to have hair that are not supposed to, I've spent hours creating and destroying vendors to get the looks that I want.
 
This is a fantastic idea! Even if it only goes so far as only the owner themselves who are ID Masters can do it to their own vendors would make the class much more appealing to play. Having the ability to ID other players' venders really makes the class more sought after for both the ID and the player customer requesting a vender to be Image Designed. Would really revolutionize the economy a little and involve deeper community socialization. Sounds like a win/win.
