Restoration Guide to Loot

What to trash, what to keep? What to sell, and what to delete?
Getting loot in SWG can be overwhelming. Your inventory fills up quickly and have to make decisions on what to do with it. This page is intended to be a helpful encyclopedia to help give you some advice.
Bio-Engineering Loot
Isomerase Enzymes
These are used to create Bio-Engineered pets and enhance their damage. There are generally ~3 tranches of value
- 89.33% + Keep and find a Bio-Engineer to sell to. Generally sought after although demand may come and go
- 88.00% + Possibly keep to sell to a Bio-Engineer. Not used as frequently but can still be used to make capped pets
- Less than 88% - Feel free to delete

Chronicle Loot
Can toggle this type of loot off if you desire. Having this turned on/off has no affect on other loot, and their rates, that may drop.
Chronicle Relic Fragment
These are used to construct Chronicle Quests. In large stacks of thousands they are sometimes in demand by folks leveling their Chronicler Secondary Profession.
Chronicle Relic
These are used to add specific objectives to Chronicle Quests. Depending on what they are, certain people are interested in those specific ones, but in general these are not worth much.
Creature Loot
Keep or delete. Can sell to Junk Dealer for a small amount of credits.

NPC Loot
Weapons
These are quite valuable to the Junk Dealer and sell for 100 credits per Combat Level.
Armor
See
Stat Loot, if no stats sell to junk dealer or keep for appearance. Exception is bounty hunter armor pieces which are components in mandalorian armor crafting.
Minor Stims
These stims have a very minor stat boost that have very little value. Can be stacked and sold to Junk Dealer.

Reverse Engineering Junk Loot and Stat Loot
Tech Junk Loot
This loot comes from NPCs and Droids at various tranches of levels. This loot is typically valuable to Reverse Engineers and is worth keeping and selling. Typical prices are 1k-1.5k per item.
For example, a Mark VII Vocabulation Module typically comes from NPCs and Droids in the CL 60-70 range whereas Red/White Wiring drops from NPCs and Droids in the CL 10-20 range.

Stat Loot Armor, Clothing, and Jewelry
21+ in Any Stat:
These can be bagged and sold by 21/22/23 as the highest stat.
Three/Four Stat Loot:
These can be bagged and sold, albeit for less than 21+, so sort accordingly.
Jewelry:
Multistat jewelry with 15+ in most values or Opportune Chance jewelry is sought after by all players.
If the clothing/armor/jewelry does not fall into the above categories, it can be sold to the junk dealer.
Slicing Materials for Smugglers
Slicing materials are generally worth keeping. Pricing can be 5-15k sold to other players. Some pieces are more commonly looted like Simple Toolkits, Mandolorian Intraframe - whereas others are only obtainable via Bounty Hunter & Smuggler missions.

Jedi Loot
Holocrons - Waist Pack Collection
This collection yields the Belt of Bodo Bass and is one of the most difficult in the game to finish.
Rare items 4/5 in each Jedi and Sith are extremely valuable.
- Jedi Artifact Collection - Waist Pack - Jedi Holocron 1-5
- Jedi 4/5 is the rare item
- Jedi Artifact Collection - Waist Pack - Sith Holocron 1-5
- Sith 4/5 is the rare item
Holocrons - Meditative Collection
Jedi Relics
These are fairly common loot and do not have much of a use. Keep some in a stack for later.
Power Crystals
Very common loot. Keep a few around that were looted from very high level mobs with high condition.
Color Crystals
Very common loot, named color crystals are being removed from the game and being added in Illum Cave for Jedi in the future.
Krayt Pearls
Depends on the type of pearl - most are not worth much of anything.
- Scratched Pearl - Trash
- Krayt Pearl - Worth keeping some high condition (1200).
- Ancient Krayt Pearl - Very rare and very desireable
Weaponsmith Loot
Augmentations
Keep 200+, 210+ is highly sought after. Junk the rest.
Enhancements
Keep 20+, 22+ is highly sought after. Junk the rest.
Components
All of these looted components give additional critical chance, however, are not powerful enough to justify replacing the crafted component that gives damage bonus.
Recommended to sell to Junk Dealer or delete.

Armorsmith Loot
Peko Peko Feather, Krayt Dragon Scale, Nightsister Armor Shard, Kimogila Scale, and Interwoven Armor Appearance Enhancement: keep 20+, 22+ is highly sought after. The more quantity of item in a stack also increases its value exponentially. Junk the rest.
Space Loot
Collections
Capacitors, Engines, and Boosters are great components, while the Reactors are generally useless. For more details see

There are five (5) Housing Collections that adds storage to a given house. Each collection has a rare 1 item that is highly sought after. These are often sold in full bags with the entire collection or individually with the rare item.
