Add an AOE to MASTER BH (flame thrower)
Justification
BH should have an AOE without needing a weapon skill to get it. BH are the skilled.
Motivation
Bounty hunter just needs this 1 thing, an AOE fire tick to replace torso shot, (Flame Thrower) AOE FIRE Tick
In playing MBH I feel like this is all it is really missing. A simple AOE fire tick that is not high n dmg, but will hit everything in an area and effectly keep aggro and hit hard enough to be effective in spin xp groups.

Bounty hunters used to have an AOE before the Horizons update. The fact that they deliberately removed it leads me to believe they intend BH to be a 1v1 PvP class - not a spin group class.
