Increase medical droid buff duration

Proposal
Increase medical droid buff duration to 10m
Justification
I can't think of anyway this would negatively impact anyone, would just remove some frustration when that oops I'm combatant happens
Motivation
10m would give you enough time to go to a recruiter and still come back for your buff without having to spend the 24k again.
For all of us who've gone to get a buff and forgot we were still combatant.
