Increase the rate of Underworld Faction to match BH's investigation tree.

Proposal
Increase the rate at which smugglers earn Underworld Faction.
Justification
BH investigation was increased over 100 times what it was on live. There is no reason not to do the same for smuggler's underworld faction.
Motivation
The grind is brutal compared to their counterpart the BH.
Smugglers need underworld faction to move up tiers very similar to how bounty hunter's investigation tree works.
BHs have had their investigation xp increased by a ton.
I remember a tier 1 BH mission paying out 100 investigation xp per mission live - here i was getting 8,000xp per mission.
Increase underworld faction gain too - no one wants to grind those boring delivery missions, but teir 5 pays pretty good.
 
Its a tough comparison as its a faction grind vs a skill grind, however, I do agree the Underworld Missions could use some love. They are dull pizza runs back and forth from NPC to NPC that feels unrewarding and lackluster for gameplay.

Now correct me if I am wrong but I havent completed the faction grind on Restoration as of yet but you get 50 UWFP per mission for Tatooine, 25 UWFP on Naboo, 25 UWFP on Lok, 30 UWFP on Yavin (PVP) and 25 UWFP for PVE and 35 UWFP (PVP) and 25 UWFP for PVE on Dathomir if memory serves.

You can also collect Contraband from NPCs by redialing them after death (this was broken when Restoration launched, unknown if they fixed) or by doing space as a Smuggler. Contraband can be sold to a couple different NPC's throughout the galaxy, I know of three, one one Yavin, one one Tatooine and one on Corellia.

Now here's the problem I have experienced. Tatooine contraband is worth 100 UWFP, Corellia and Naboo if I remember right were only worth 25 or 35 and then its not worth to even bother running Contraband at all. You make more Reputation and more money running the normal pizza runs rather than using your collected Illicit Goods.

It would be nice to see each Tier receive a contraband NPC (or to be known if there are more than three) to sell to or run Contraband missions with making it useful and profitable. Each tier respectfully should be worth double the UWFP if you run a Contraband mission vs a normal pizza run. This will put the Illicit goods to use and help ease the grind.

These missions should also be worth more Credits than their counter parts by not having to pay the "Upfront Fee" since you are bringing the Contraband yourself not buying and delivering from the NPC.

Id also like to see fresh new random locations for both PvE and PvP missions Tier 4 and 5 to keep it interesting and enjoyable instead of mindlessly auto driving to your destination.

I will take the time to make a separate Player Voice about the changes Id like to see to smuggler including more additions to UWF if the player base sees interest in it.

It seems as if this PV is doomed because I used BH's investigation tree as a comparison and lots of people just can't get past that example.
I should have titled it differently, and left out the comparison to BH.

If they moved the faction to the Underworld Connections area in the skills (which also isn't a horrible idea) It would 101% be a completely valid argument but I still agree it needs some love because mindless empty grinds aren't fun for anyone. Ive done it multiple times on multiple servers, it sucks.

Bounty Hunters Need to do Investigation missions (bounty missions) to finish Master Bounty Hunter.

I am more inclined to say it takes X missions per level of faction than it takes to get X level of Reb/Imperial faction for GCW. Either way it is not about the missions or the amount that it takes, it should be more about contraband and the ability to level up faster with it.

This is a bonus perk of the class.

then please explain how a Master Smuggler needs to do these missions? If i am a Master Smuggler/Master Commando the bonus +200 Innate armor does not stack since i am not wearing recon armor. Or are we talking about the +1 damage and +1 range? Or is Reconnaissance armor the best you can wear and this truly helps level the playing field?

Is it these are the best missions for smugglers? I find that i can slice a faction terminal and earn well over 100k an hour for less risk.

I don't understand, please help me understand why you think something needs to be fixed. This is not one of the items i am even considering putting on my top 5 list of hybrid issues. But player voice is a good format for an exchange of Ideas.
