- Proposal
I would like to suggest that we completely remove the ability to Duel while in a BH TEF along with recinding all challenges sent prior to the BH TEF and ending all already ongoing duels at the same point.
- Justification
With the recent rise of Jedi/BH groups roaming around, it has become more and more important as a jedi being hunted to use Roots/Snares. The primary of these used is Stasis and while there are ways to break stasis using items in game, bounty hunters are avoiding having to use this by dueling one another and requesting duels from people outside of the BH TEF.
This is absolutely game breaking for Jedi being hunted as it removes one of the very few tools we have at our disposal to combat/evade these groups. This issue is of course not limited to the Jedi/BH groups but has been made far worse by how oppressive these BH builds are right now.
- Motivation
To remove outside interference during bounty hunts.
With the new Jedi/BH builds being so heavily oppressive right now, it would be a good time to ensure that Bounty hunts stay exclusive to the Hunters/Hunted.

exploiting a mechanic in the game for pvp Cough * Elevator's * was not confined to just the lower swine on the server. But yes please give us names and let us burn them at the stake.

I didn't report him then and I'm not reporting him now. I'd just like to see it fixed.
Will definitely be taking a look at this soon. This should already not be allowed but will try to find some ways to prevent this from happening. Thank you for raising the concern.
