Special Edition Goggles

Make the special edition goggles available via some means, whether a content reward or one of the token vendors.
Justification
I realize these are a former pre-order reward, and I am not 100% sure what they are a reward for on this server. I just think these thing are one of the best cosmetic pieces around from an aesthetic standpoint. I don't want to steal anyone's thunder or try to take anything away from anyone, but these things are cool and it would be nice to have a means to acquire them. Thank you for your consideration.
Motivation
To be honest I just think they are one of the coolest looking cosmetic pieces in this game, and I want a pair. I realize its selfish and probably not even going to register with anyone but here we are.
I am requesting to make the special edition goggles available via some means, whether content reward or via one of the token vendors.

Time-based reward items will not be reintroduced. Other goggle appearance items may be added in the future.
