Ways for Non Jedi to fight Jedi

Proposal
Add new abilities or items to be used by normal professions so that groups have a better chance at fighting jedi.
Justification
Bring balance to the class system so players dont feel like their class picks dont matter.
Motivation
I won't lie. Facing an overwhelming number or jedi while your team can only field a few makes GCW not as fun. I don't mind being the underdog but it feels so one sided as to be mostly un-fun.
At this time in pvp it feels like Non-Jedi characters are mostly useless in GCW. Jedi are powerful and as it should be, but it seems like there are more jedi running around in GCW then non-jedi.
I do not have a specific solution but I would like to put a voice out there and say maybe tools should be granted to non jedi to help a team bring down jedi.

Nobody told him about the 35% Jedi Damage reduction musty buff?
That is also fairly easy to farm.
And can have 100% uptime.

Also TEF.

Powers jedi say what? Also that buff is 35% melee damage reduction I believe, so it also applies to non jedi, so I wouldn't expect that to last.

Only if the powers jedi switches to a range weapon
But yeah, booyai big nerf incoming

I have a few questions.

1. How are they OP in GCW? Examples would be nice (just Damage>). They are unable to base bust any terminals or really run missions to flip zones as vis is an issue.

2. I would be hard pressed to find a time in GCW where Jedi outnumber non-jedi classes. Do you have any timeframes that this has happened? Or some kind of actual numbers.

3. As we are talking about PVP more then just GCW I think that it is a valid ask of what spec you are playing. If BH's can kill Jedi 1v1 or 2v1 then it is confusing when you say underdog. Most combat classes have utility if not outright can kill a Jedi,

Keep reporting the Jedi maybe the visibility will send help. Lets face it if the empire knew where some Jedi are they would just glass that planet location and send in troops to do battle damage assessment, If they get a few of their own no big deal be careful what you wish for. Squad Leader could get a new bomb location skill but it does not differentiate between friend or foe.

1. I think this post is more about PVP than spins and terminals. GWC is mainly PVP with some PVE. So yes jedis can't use the terminals but I think killing the other team is more important than been able to click a terminal and do spin mission. And there's no doubt that jedi is OP in PVP, so it also makes him OP in GCW even if the poor guy can't use a terminal for a base bust.
2. Last night on dantoine you had 5 jedis (including you). Your team had more jedi than non-jedi, was a nice wipe lol

Just going to agree to disagree. But good fights anyways!

also didn't a TKM make it to the final round of the PVP tournament last weekend and survive for like 4 hours against the Jedi

Still feel like slight adjustments to the penalties for Jedi death and/or combo of harshness of visibility could help correct this (if the community as a whole sees it as an issue).

I don't particularly like this idea. The ordinary profession should not be able to take n a Jedi alone. Not even a BH. The best memory I had in live is when 2 BHs caught up with me and we have a massive fight that lasted 45 mins and it was essentially a draw. Thank God a third BH didn't happen along.

In PvP ... Jedi were always the first targeted. So that neutralized the treat from Jedi.

Maybe add some Saber resistance to Beskar and create new faction armors for senior ranks including another saber resistant material like phrick ? This way its BH and GCW and plays into PvP . Resistances can then be easier tweaked to adjust and balance.

"The most recognizable lightsaber-resistant material would be beskar, the silver metal featured throughout The Mandalorian. Beskar could only be found on the planet Mandalore and its moon Concordia, and only became rarer after the Empire destroyed much of the system. Another metal similar to beskar is phrick, a metallic compound mentioned in various comics and novels. And while even rarer than beskar, phrick was close to indestructible and only found on the planet Gromas and (rather surprisingly) Tatooine."
